Ford Ka cutting out on me again!?

I had the idle control valve replaced on my 1998 ford Ka2 in April after reading this website and it has been fine up until a few days ago...it's cutting out again at Junctions and going down gears. I took it to the garage yesterday and had it cleaned and the problem hasn't been solved
Can anyone suggest any other reason why it is stalling again?

Check connections on speed sensor. At top of engine below windscreen, beside coolant resevoir, triangular blue 3 pin connector. Check TPS connection. Small black sensor connected to back of throttle housing. TPS available on ebay for circa £35.

could be a loose pipe or leaking gasket, check all nuts are tight especially after they done the idle valve, may need cleaning out, ... iff all else fails .. sell it !
