the soap dispenser door won't open properly on my indesit dishwasher?

the soap dispenser on my Indesit dishwasher DG6145 won't open properly and does anyone know where I can get an instruction manual from please

I have exactly the same problem, the dishwasher finishes the full cycle but the soap door is still closed, however, the soap tablet has been used but leaves a residue deposit in the bottom....anyone any ideas?
