on /off switch is not working. no ower to the machine.i checked and the ends to the blue wire looks fused .family of 5 and need help please.

Hi Milly: First which end of the wire did you check the plug end or the machine end? if it is in the plug I would sugest that the first thing you do is trim the wires back and fit a new plug the try it. Washers do take quite a lot of power when heating up and a loose wire in a plug can cause it to heat the wire and bur it so try that first and get bact to us
