whats wrong?

my focus 1.8 tdci wont go above 70 in 5th,its got no power all through the gears.engine runs smooth and the clutch isnt slipping.

If all others fail try disconnecting exhaust or remove the o2 sensor and test drive for a blocked up caticlictic convertor
