My 50cc Derbi senda sm xtreme cuts out when i get it running why?

My 50cc Derbi senda sm xtreme cuts out when i get it running i dont understand because if i give it revs it stays running its a soon as i stop and it idles it drops to under 2000 rpm and cuts out, it just started happening. somebody please explain why it is?????

too big jet in carb , i have a derbi drd pro r with a 82 jet in its perfect.
try a smaller jet

It might be a few things,
1. you have a dodgy spark plug, or the tiny pin at the bottom of the spark plug has been knocked off,
Also try the carb isn't full of muck, check the air filter is on securley too and again isn't full of sh!t.

try turning the rev screw on the carb, turn it right about 2 full turns and keep fiddling with it until your satisfied that it will tick over properly, but not to high.
