every time i seal around the bath after about 2weeks it splits

Check the type of floor underneath the bath, if it is wooden then dont forget to take this into account when filling the bath up. The more water the more the wooden floor can flex. Remember to clean the wall/tiles as well as the side of the bath you are applying sealant to. Make sure the feet on the bath are all level, fill with water and add any extra weight you can, apply the sealant and leave it for about 24 hours. Use a good quality sealant.

start again...ensure all old sealant removed...area clean and dry...fill bath with water before aplying new sealant, allow to fully set before pulling plug and enjoying a relaxing hot bath with lots of bubbles !!
