How can i get my reverse lights working?Renault Laguna Dynamique 2001?

My reverse lights and back wiper do not work when put in reverse, but wiper works normally when used manually.

my revere lights not working either due probably to the switch located around the driveshaft inlet as far as your window wiper it must be a electrical problem
