My fridge is working but my freezer doesnt seem to be freezing anymore?
My Hotpoint refridgerator is working fine but the freezer section doesnt seem to be freezing anymore has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?
check inside the freezer compartment to see if there is frost forming on the back cover where the fan isor below it.if there is frost ,the self defrost is not working.you could have a defrost timer that is bad or defrost heaters bad.
