Ive just got my alternator belt replaced n my battery light is stay on its a 59 plate what is the problem

I had the same problem on my mitsubishi this morning, when i got to work i found that the Alternator belt had snapped.

u will most probaly find that you have a fault with ur alternator or ur wiring from that to the batt
