Indesit IS70c condensing dryer = water not collecting in tank?

The water is not collecting in the water tank but is leaking out of the bottom, clothes ARE drying fine.

Any ideas.

The pipe from the water pump upto the water tray is split or disconnected, it is just a push fit, it is the black pipe at the back. The other pipe is the overflow back to the pump.
