My oil light comes on now and again whilst on a motorway drive.
It lasts for about 10 to 30 seconds then goes out, oil level seems ok just below max mark?
oil level may be too high. so when oil is hot (due to expansion) the level activates the high level warning light.set the oil level to half way between min and max and the problem should stop.
