It's possible the water inlet valve is getting scaled up and not properly closing when de-energized... Replace the inlet valve or disassemble it and clean and check valve parts... There's two solenoid valves in this valve assembly, one for the icemaker and the other for water dispensing... This valve should also have a sediment screen where the water supply line hooks to.. good luck, kooler
