CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO RELEASE THE BONNET ON MY LAGUNA ?
I'VE TRIED THE USUAL THINGS LIKE GETTING SOMEONE TO LEAN ON THE BONNET WHILE I PULL THE RELEASE CABLE BUT THE CATCH WONT BUDGE,I'VE ALSO LOOKED UNDER THE CAR TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY ARM UP BEHIND THE RADIATOR BUT THE BUMPER IS IN THE WAY.
just get a long some thing ,such as the poll for my jack,take the cover under off ,and poke the catch and pop your in

i know it might sound a bit odd but i stood on the bonnet above the two points the bonnet clips down into and jumped a little bit. this allowed me to open it and then i greased the latches once the bonnet was open.

mine has proven rather difficul tto open as well - if a firm pull doesn't work, then chances are your release cable is broken and you need t have it replaced.
