We have a problem with the office fax where the rollers keep jamming the paper and it shows a black line across the top of the paper. Could you please advise how to fix it.
Paper not feeding from cassette into machine.
Cassette checked possible roller fault.

First try a new toner cartridge as it sounds like the cartridge is jammed and not allowing the paper to pass. After that confirm that it is feeding out of the cassette, if not it might have a broken paper pickup clutch. In this case you will need to call your local Panasonic Fax tech.
