I have the 2003 1.3i Endura engine so i'll tell you on that one. So, when you pop open the hood, you will see on the passenger side 2 white plastic tanks. the first lower one is for the stearing fluid (at mine it's written on the cap) and another one just above it. that's the one you need. Water does ok if you're in an hot area, but if the temperature drops below 2-3 degrees celsius you MUST use propper cooling fluid, since the Ka has no protection against cold whatsoever and you can get a leaking hose (or worse, a leaking radiator) in no-time
