my ghd straighteners are not working?

My beloved ghd straighteners are not working properly. The led is flickering and they are not heating up properly.

hi my i have a straightner ... the first time i tried it .. it worked perfectly fine .. but when i tried using it the second tym , it would not heat up and i have tried it more than 1 hour .. but still it is not working ..

please could you reply as soon as possible

i have the same exact problem mine turns on and after a couple of minutes it turns off helpppppppp

BEWARE! - Unless you have already done so, DO NOT send your straighteners to this person. No reputable company would be using a hotmail account, someone the size of GHD would have their own e-mail accounts. Go through their website www.ghd-uk.co.uk (google it if in any doubt).
