anyone know where the fuse box is on a ldv convoy 400 (97) 'r' reg?

hi, just bought the van, swb 400 convoy. I've tried to put in a new fag lighter as the old one is too loose and doesnt hold in sat nav adaptors etc, the old one was working, but now i have tried to put new one in, it doesnt work, nor the stereo i have tried to install.
Maybe the fuse has blown, but where on earth is the fuse box?

Hi I have a 1996 ldv 400 with the Peugeot engine I went out in it yesterday turned it of and it wouldn't start again we bump started it and it went but now the dash light stereo hazards fag lighter and rear tail lights have stopped working can anyone help with this I have checked the fuses under the ashtray and they are all ok

The fuse box is locating on top of dashboard under the ashtray.
