peugeot 106 diesel wont start?

during the short cold weather we recently had my peugeot 106 diesel struggled to start and would pull mildly when driving, the o/s driveshaft has been worn for 10 months now, dont know if this could be causing it? anyways i changed the oil, oil filter and fuel filter to no avail, then i changed the glow plugs which were quite worn and now it refuses to start altogether, ive definetely performed these diy tasks correctly, what else could it be? its done 98k and has recently had new water pump and cam belt, which wasnt cheap, this car is costing us a fortune, and we are just about ready to scrap it now, please help

Hi

I was looking for a manual online for the same car, and I too was thinking of binning the car. It too has cost me an arm and a leg so to speak. Therefore it has had the following: arm, clutch, exhaust, front right tyre, battery and finally today new glow plugs and a starter motor.

I love this car and wish that it would just start and now it does!

I think that if the starter motor does not resolve it, I am at a loss.

The thing is with this car is that as it has plugs if it is very cold like it has been and the starter motor does not work well then the plugs don't heat up and so no movement, as you have already spent some much, just check the battery has this needs to be bigger to turn over as a petrol battery just won't cut it and then a starter motor, rough cost £125 for motor and £50 for battery
