all info is at vaillant.co.uk.. the engineer is right!! no helpline, no fix...vaillant design there systems so no1 else can have a fiddle unless its somthing simple.. ur system should display fault codes on the screen of the boiler.. if not, consulting a vaillant engineer is the best option..
