I have had the same problem with my son's YP-Z5. Got no where with Samsung. It used to connect but stop around about March 2007. I suggested to Samsung that it seemed likely to be a conflict with a Windows upgrade but they still were not interested. My husband then found a hot fix which actually rectified the problem.
