Do your training, get a full licence and you wont need to.
You can derestrict by porting exhausts, using bigger cylinders, NOX is a good call (not) but then its not the bike you have registered/insured etc and you will be in deep doodoo when something goes wrong.
The restriction is on these small bikes and scoots for safety & legal reasons.
If you dont have a full licence then you are deemed to be not qualified to drive a faster more powerfull vehicle.
Theres nothing to stop you going out on a super turbo 1000 whatever but when something goes wrong ...and it will....
then its not just a ban, a fine & the cost of your vehicle but other peoples lives, health, property, etc.
Once youve done your test there are loads of 250s about , cheap to buy & run. Im running round town on an old superdream.....and my daughters fancy jap scooter has cost more to run than my bike cost in the first place!
