Fix Fault Sony Dcr-pc2e/dcr-hc14e

The power is on and the tape won't eject or even play or rewind. What to do?

I have a Sony Handycam, model #DCR-HC28E, where the tape goes in isnt closing, therefore can't use my cam, what can I do?
