Fix Fault Veritas

all the zone lights are on, on the control panel and the tampered part is lit up nothing happens when we press any button but motion detectors are working what could be wrong

i have a veritas alarm system due to regular use it is getting hard to put the code in how can i change it to another number its been a long time and i have forgoten it is a four digit number thanks
