Fix Fault Honda

I have recently bought a small boat c/w honda B100 4 stroke 10 HP I forgot to ask the seller if it runs on unleaded petrol , I think its early 1980's thanks for any help.

Have replace spark plugs (properly gapped) also repaced fuel filter.It starts fine but doesnt run well at full power.

how much torque do i put on the cylinder head bolts on a 50 horsepower honda outboard engine?

I've changed the lower unit oil, and sump oil (btw should the yellow sump checker have a plastic probe on it to show level?).....now it won't start. Ideas?

Does this happen when you suck sand up into the motor? How costly is the repair?
