How do I replace the element in the main oven of above? The fan and light work but no heat

The main oven which is fan assisted keeps cutting out. The fan and oven often cut out. Does anybody have any idea why. We have replaced the element but it still happens.

I cannot remove the glass cover of the oven light to replace a blown oven light. I have tried unscrewing the glass cover, pulling it off but to no avail. What is the best way to remove the glass cover ... more
