Fix Fault Kenwood Chef

The speed knob came off my kenwood chef. how do i fix it back on?

The plastic spigot on the High Speed Outlet Cover (Part No 17375) for my old Kenwood Chef Model A701 has worn down and does not engage the drive to the beaters. Can I replace it?

Kenwood Chef mixer A702. Mixer quit. Where can I get parts and a parts list for this mixer? Also need repair manual. Is the manual the same as a 701?

I need to replace the planet hub on my Kenwood chef KM200, but need to know which way it unscrews. Is it anti clockwise? Are there any instruction videos?
