Fix Fault Countex

My Countex 300H ride on mower still won't start i have replaced battery starter synod and starter motor when turned on it engages second cog in starter motor but will not fire up

what size are the bearing on a countex deck its a 36' deck

need a diagram of countex ride on mower clutch .mower won't go. gearbox is not leaking oil changed the belt still no go so do i need to look at the clutch
