Fix Fault Thermecon

why does my boiler trip the rcd when its turned on .. i had noticed that the cofi transformer had some water on it could this be the problem ,it is a gah thermecon 60/80 oil boiler .

the boiler worker for about 15 to 30 mins then goes to lock out. has any one got an idea why this would happen
