Fix Fault Bompani

Temperature thermostat not working cooker is on maximum heat. How can I fix this? Model: IQQ510HA

it was not too difficult to take out the door of cooker Bompani Bo 240 ya snd replace the hinges but I cannot fit it back on because the springs are too hard for me
