Fix Fault Better

Have a Kaisar xtr125-23, How do I change /find the air filter? is it worth upgrading to a K&N filter.? Replace spark plug for better ? Where can I get a hand book /manual ?

My Italjet 50 runs fine on tickover but misfires when opening the throttle.Stripped the carb and no better.Changed plug.Adjusted mixture screw.Tried new spark plug cap.Any ideas???
