Fix Fault Premier

I have a digital camera.When the shutter is open I have a blank screen.press the menu button,still a blank screen.The camera is a Premier ds6065 any idea,s what is the matter with it please.

My Premier DS-5080 will not turn on, despite having had a new and fully charged Li-Ion battery. I cannot get it to power up via the USB lead either, but I'm not sure it is supposed to.
