Fix Fault Proline

How can I switch on my proline laptop because I tried to press the switch button but the flash light keeps on bipping

my proline w76s start screen appears but only gives me options to lock or put in new password but there is no password on the laptop then it will suddenly give me a blue screen with the cursor.

i ve a proline notebook whose battery cannot be detected what can i do
