Fix Fault Simpson

simpson enduro 751 on spin cycle it sounds like it is spining corectly it drains the water but the drum does not spin has a new belt not loose

How do you remove the control panel of a Simpson Enduro 751 ? Have removed screws on the back panel but it appears control panel is held on by other fasteners under the front of the panel.
