Hi, I bought my dell xps 3 years ago. Recently the problem occured with charging. My laptop is plugged in, but not charging. I had 2nd battery so I changed it and it didn't fix a problem. Then I bought an a/c adapter and that is not a problem either. I followed the advice of sb and pressed F2 to check the battery performance, and it says "battery charged 75% and ac/ adapter- None. Can anybody help me solve this problem. Pleeeease.
