Does anyone know where I can access a free front page tutorial, as I'm confused on how to use the programme.

Do a simple search of "frontpage tutorials" on google and you should get the necessary tutorials. Plus many ones with unneeded info.

But in my opinion the easiest way is just to play about a little yourself and you will get the hang of it in no time.
