Disc will not eject automatically

First switch the DVD Recorder into Standby, (so only the clock display shows.)

Then, press together both 'Channel Up' and 'Stop' on main unit.
Hold them down together for 10-20 seconds to eject a jammed disk.

Examine the disc surface and ensure there are no fingerprints, smudges or scratches.
