Hi , this is only a suggestion , are you using software that you got with mp3 player ??
If so uninstall it and try using mp3 player without it , after uninstalling software plug in mp3 player and it will or should create a removable drive , just open it up and it will show u all thats on mp3 , just drag stuff over to put stuff on it.
Well all that was prob no use 2 you but thought i'd say , lol
