How to remove the stereo from my Vauxhall Cavalier?

I am trying to install a better stereo but cannot seem to figure out how to get the old one out. Help!

Either that or go to halfords and buy a set of remover tools, they slip down the sides of the stereo and unlock the catches. Cost about £3
