i have alot of stuff wrong with my compaq presario 6000?

i have alot of stuff wrong with my compaq presario 6000 for one my help and support will not show when i click on it and i cant reead my emails on yahoo and my xp updates will not update.sg tray needs to be reinstalled.cant do a sys restore.

Sounds like you need to rebuild your laptop, but get all your documents off it first, or anything you dont want to lose
