My cuckoo will not keep running?

My cuckoo clock will not keep running. It worked fine, then is set up for a while and now after moving, the pendelem will not keep going. Any advice....?

Hello Kelly,
These clocks need to be level in order to work. Try placing a level across the top from the left to right side and checking to be sure the bubble is centered. You may have to shim a side of the cabinet with a piece of cardboard where it contacts the floor. Also try repositioning the clock a little if it is on carpeting with padding underneath to find a spot where it will stay running.
