Have cd player (6 cd ) in Suzuki Grand Vitari will not play?

Have cd player in suzuki grand vitari (6 cd). When you put in cd it stays quite a while and then spits out with err code 3. This is suppose to mean bad cd, but all cds cant be bad and it does the same with a cd cleaner. Any suggestions or help appreciated

I would pull the cover off where the cd's load at,sometimes a cd will jump out of place and get caught inside.This will cause it to not play any cd's. Hope this helps you
