You will have to manually drain water out ,put drain hose in a bowl lower to the floor
water should flow via (Gravity)if slowly sign of pump blockage you might have to empty the bowl a few times. advance programmer to a spin an try, with little water now in drum machine may now spin Get someone to check pump for blockage/seizure and clear the sump filter
