WHY ISTHERE BLACK SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST WHEN REVING IT.I HAVE CHANGED THE OIL AND ALL OF YHE FILTERS.THE TIMING IS SMACK ON.I HAVE AJUSTED THE TIMING BACK AND FOURTH BUT IS NOT CURRING IT.
