how do i fix my dvd player?

hi there can any one out there help me i have a samsung dvd-hr734 and it keeps going black then white when i play dvds i have only had it one year and the warranty has ran out i would be gratefull for any help

I had the same problem with my Tredex player and tried all the suggestions regarding SCART cables and loose connections. What finally worked for me was to get into the player's menu and restore the factory settings.

sounds like

1.your scart lead (the big plug in the back that goes 2 the tv) has got a few broken wires

2.the dvd player or tv had got a bad terminal (test with a video recorder or outher scart device)

3.its a samsung thay should stick 2 phones
