i replaced the battery and now ican't remember where the instructions are, on how to set it.

I have an A4 sheet of instructions for this watch, but at the end it has ... "If you require Assistance regarding this product, telephone Helpline 01252 331 311 Mon.-Fri. 9am to 5 pm"... Hopefully, they may be able to post you a copy.
