how cani fix my washing machine Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 wm63?

it seems ive over loaded it and ive emptied it and it works ok but it does not rinse the water away ?
the pump is very hot and makes a noise.

have you cleaned out your SUMP FILTER , also check pump body for obstructions and that the impeller is turning.

Hi

I have the same problem, now. I am assuming it is the pump after looking at other replies from questions. Have you done anything about yours yet? Pumps seem quite cheap and appear to be easy to fit.
