have you looked on the back of the car stereo. There should be a 4 digit code if there is tpye in the code if there is no luck then ask the person you got the car from if still no luck then remove the car battery (only the + connection) then put it back. once you have done that you have done that the stereo will automaticly reset itself to the code on the back on the stereo will be the right one. if you still have problems then take it to your citroen dealer.
