does any body know how to reset the program on this washer? i have switched it of at both the dial and mains switch.its starts to fill on program and then goes into a semi spin and then stops.it will empty on comand.any ideas please.
p.s. the wife opend the door shortly after the program started after pressing the pause button
Had to turn off washer off just befor spin, as had water coming out of bottom of michine.
replased rubber pipe, but now will not start at bining, just keeps going to spin, but won't spin around.

Turn the washer to the off possision and wait 15 seconds, then select a spin... when it has finished the spin cycle .. Turn back to OFF or 0 . Then unplug from the mains... after 1 min plug it back in this should have reset it... Good luck
