baxi combi 105e?

my boiler has been moved to the attic but it sometimes loses all pressure and the pump starts to make a noise so i refill the loop it goes up to2.5 bar and its alright for a few days and we have to do it all again!ive checked everywere for leaks on the radiators + pipes etc but no joy !ps the pump was replaced after 13 months operational use HAVE I BOUGHT A CRAP BOILER?

You must have a leak somewhere, or the system is overpressurising and venting off through the red valve and out through the overflow. The system is designed to vent off at 3 bar, 2.5 bar seems a little high to me, once the system gets going and hot it could easily creep up and vent of.. then when cool it drops right off again.

hi. checkthe safety discharge pipe from boiler, that goes outside, if it letting water out, you will need to get a new safety discharge valve. steve
