i have a zanussi zt-695 dishwasher. when i put a wash on it starts ok then it goes onto a 50 quick wash where it stays and does not drain.and the light flashes. heater is ok as far as i know. the pump is ok, no blockages. when it has tried to drain the pump sounds ok and the hose moves. need an answer asap guys, with 5 kids in the house and cups not being used more than once i have very chapped hands !!!!

although you can hear pump i would think it might be the impellor on the pump that has lost it fins.needs to be remove to see
